Cedrick Reynolds, Founder & President

Mr. Reynolds has nearly three decades of global corporate finance and financial analysis, insurance and specialty finance, public and private equity investing, mergers and acquisitions, strategy and operations experience. Mr. Reynolds has served as Chief Financial Officer in the banking industry, the investment management industry, and in eCommerce. Mr. Reynolds has extensive risk management experience as an underwriter, an investor, and as an advisor on corporate finance transactions. Mr. Reynolds has either led or advised on over $10 billion in transactions across the globe and has led company turn-arounds, mergers and acquisitions, post-merger integrations, and balance sheet restructurings.

Mr. Reynolds received his B.S. in Finance from Virginia Tech and his MBA from Harvard. Mr. Reynolds also holds the CPCU and ARM designations.

Jonathan Alson, Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Alson has nearly two decades of experience spanning strategy, corporate finance, technology, and operations across both public and private companies. He has served as Chief Financial Officer in the banking industry and as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Revenue Officer in the technology sector. Mr. Alson brings deep expertise in operating and scaling businesses within highly regulated environments, with a strong focus on risk management, governance, and capital-efficient growth.


Mr. Alson holds a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania and an M.S. from Columbia University.
